Human Technologies will continually work with US Army Corps of Engineers to enhance and improve the program. As in all of our uniform programs, we strive to provide quality apparel at a reasonable price, working within the country of origin requirements of the program. Apparel manufactured in certain restricted countries, including China and Vietnam, are prohibited from purchase by the federal government.
